"Be vegetarian and remain healthy"

Meat on the food plate, says to the eater :

"You will be at my place, sooner or later".

The human body is perfectly fit to be maintained healthy on a vegetarian diet like vegetables, grains and fruits, available in abundance. Meat is not required at all for our healthy life. In fact, meat eating is not appropriate by ethical, humanitarian and health measures. Meat eating increases the chances of cancer, heart attacks and diabetes.

Meat products in the market do not give a real idea about the height of cruelty and suffering given to the animals until their death. Should not we stop making our body a mobile grave for dead animals? Can not we keep our heart out of meat related health risks?
